This is vintage pink trinket dish, most likely a Fenton Rose Mist bowl. The glass features a mottled pink and white pattern known as Vasa Murrhina. In Fenton glass, this specific pink variant is often referred to as Rose Mist. It is characterized by a crimped edge, a squat, bulbous shape and mottled or "spattered" appearance.
