Vintage 1930s Dress, Royal Blue Silk Velvet with side Gathers

Stunning 1930s dress in a rich royal blue velvet, probably silk velvet. Beautiful and flattering gathers at one side, long sleeves with snaps at the cuffs, slightly puffed sleeves, and a simple V neckline. Label reads: none. I'd say this is in the small or extra small size range but do see measurements below. There is a metal zipper in back but I believe and there are signs this was added later and that it had snaps at the side Excellent vintage condition. The only things worth mentioning is a small bit at the bottom of the zipper needs some stitches and there is a side seam also that needs about an inch of stitches. Measurements when lying flat. Bust: 35" Waist: 26" Hip: 37" approx. Shoulder to waist: approx. 14.5" Shoulder to bottom hem: 44" Please note: These are vintage, preworn and/or preloved items.
