Back of bodice is all narrow elastic and stretches about 3". This does not hae a shelf bra or any padding. Bust is approximately 13" laid flat without being stretched at top. Waist is approximately 9" down the side seam and is 12.5" laid flat. Skirt is full. Total length from armpit to hem is 22" Worn only a couple of times.
