I will tell you I am 27” waist and they are very forgiving with a lot of room as well as the adjustable tie where it can be tightened and scrunched look. For me I wore them more high rise …

cindyba @lalatilki Size S Waist 12-13.5” Out seam:36” Inseam:28” Rise:12”. I did find measurements from a size small from previous web site. Maybe this will initially help? Give or take the XS is around annince difference give or take. These are oversized fit for reference also
