Very good vintage condition. The tag is missing on this but it has a size tag and I have another dress that I’m selling right now and it’s exactly the same size tag so I’m pretty sure this is Victor Costa also it’s got his signature look bust flat across 19 waist 16 but please allow 1 inch for ease of wear the outside fabric is thick on the waist hip 22 total length 57. It’s a one shoulder dress.
