This isn’t girls size extra large 1214 Lilly Pulitzer dress has some stretch 96 cotton 4% spandex excellent condition beautiful bright colors no fading that I can tell 3/4 sleeve I’m thinking Measurement approximately 15 inches across the chest prior to stretch and just under 30 inches in length from shoulder tip to hem Distress could be wore by small extra small lady but it is a girls size 12/14 I believe this is called the Amelias and it is the jam out pattern
