@bhevrin Hi! Thank you for your interest. This dress is a Size Medium and measures approximately 15 inches across the bust when laid flat. Edikted's Medium generally fits a US 6-8. Given that she leans toward a 10 in the chest, this might be a bit too snug. I'd hate for it not to fit her perfectly
