Battery performance has slightly decreased over time, which is normal for this model, but they still work great for everyday use. The original case is not included (lost). A charging cable is included. No major scratches or damage. Comes exactly as shown in the photos. Occasionally, if left unused for a while, the headphones may appear discharged and require a brief reset or a short charge to power on. Once on, they work perfectly and perform as expected.
