Hi, can you please provide measurements and if the hardware is silver or gold?

Good evening. The measurements are 16"W x 11"H x 4"D with an 8" handle drop. The hardware is not gold-tone or silver-tone, it is more of light polished brass-tone finish. See photos. Also, wanted to make sure you saw the photo of the stain in the interior zippered pocket. Thank you.
