Is this new or used? Says nwt but also says it was bought from someone else on this site. Also what size is this? Mini? Medium, large?

This is new, tags still on, still in its dust bag and never touched. I just decided when I got it that I would never carry this large of a bag. But it is BEAUTIFUL! It is the medium.
