jjbeth97 You know very well that Dooney was not missing. It’s sad you give me a 1 star rating bc you clearly state USPS made mistakes. If it was so bad , as a seller with 250k followers, you should know to take pictures! Because I do of everything I ship. rockcandy4u @jjbeth97 I took pictures when I got home. Actually the D&B is there but something is missing. There should have been 5 bags, there was 4. I need to figure out which one. The bottom of the box was completely open when the girl handed it to me. I’ll post pictures and tag you on it. Today has so far been very stressful. The cover bags were opened so I don’t know if someone opened them up to check them out but I can see where they were taped shut. Arghhhhh.

rockcandy4u I can always change the rating and comment. No one can see a 1 star… just you. If I had put 5 star it would show up in your reviews. It’s too late to open a case once I’ve accepted the order so you could get your money right away! I do want you to see the box! The girl said when a box is damaged or open in this case, they have to put it aside for a supervisor. So it sat. I totally secure all my packages . It takes a lot of tape.

I know no one can see the 1 star but I can. I take pride in my shipping & work I do & I don’t get 1 star ratings but I they say there’s always going to be someone to give you a bad rating!! 🫶
