Vintage A.B.S. by Allen Schwartz black flowing wrap skirt with cascading side ruffles, Fairy, Romantic, Grange. Front wrap, flowing double ruffle detail cascading down the skirt's side, fully lined. Material: silk chiffon, lining: polyester. Size tag 12, but the skirt fits more like 10-8 (please see measurements). The skirt is in good vintage condition, clean, no flaws.
