New. Only tried them on at home, but never worn outside. These are true to size. I just decided to sell because I have super skinny ankles and I don’t like how they look in these booties, that I would say have an average ankle opening. All leather. Heels are 3 1/2 inches tall. Size zipper. Skinny belt and buckle design. Almond toe. They look super luxurious!

marilynn_gHi! I do think they are comfortable. I’m normally a 7 1/2 and bought these in an 8 thinking they would be a better fit, but they are too big for me. I’m not sure if they would be a good fit for wide feet because I have regular feet, so I’m not sure how they would be for you.
