Reposhing this item I purchased from @tworthy1003. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. My note: This is a gorgeous bag, but look. My handbag collection is nuts, and bags need to be a LOVE for me or I won't use them. So I'm still on the fence, but for now, this bag is for sale. Bottom of bag measures 15", but it's closer to 14" across through the middle. I've added some extra photos to help you understand the size. I bought the bag without the strap. I bought a new strap (it's black and gold, adjustable) . . . one of those striped cotton ones. I'll attach an image and you can tell me if you like it--if you do, I'll throw it in, no charge.
