Hi there! I normally wear a 9 but when boots are snip toe or higher heeled I get a 9.5 so my feet are not crammed in and can move around a little. I normally wear a 9 and these were a little big but not hugely big so I definitely think these are true to size 9.5 . Hope that helps ?
