What is the sleeve length from pit to cuff? Also what are the laundry instructions? Has it been exposed to fabric softener or have any scents? Thank you

Sleeve length is 19.25” pit to cuff. Laundry instructions are hand wash cold or dry clean. I have sensitive skin so I use Tide Free and Gentle so it’s free from perfumes.
