Vintage Malachite Sterling Silver Ring

This is a vintage malachite and sterling silver ring. The malachite is a rod with points on both ends that sits in a sterling silver cylinder. There is a tiny chip of malachite on the cylinder. The ring part looks hand made but I am not sure. The malachite is about 1 1/4 inches long. From the bottom of the ring to the top of the malachite measures just over an inch.
