Very sweet Victoria Billings sailor dress with V-neck. Quality stitching on hem and navy trim on sleeves and neckline!
Has belt loops, missing the belt. Very small stain on back-side on skirt (see photo).
Waist is elastic and can stretch to fit from size medium–large. Would make a great summer outfit for a day of sailing!
