Judith Ripka Heart Pendant w/ abalone, cubic zirconia & 925 sterling silver

This is a beautiful, vintage Judith Ripka heart pendant with 925 sterling silver and cubic zirconia & abalone shell in the center part of the heart. The pendant is about 3cm by 2cm including the hook, or about 1.3 inch by .8 inch. Only the pendant is being sold, it is not part of a necklace.
