Torrid Floral Skull Scuba Skater Dress- Size 2x (I think- READ DESCRIPTION)

Torrid's classic scuba knit material with a floral-and-skull all over pattern. I *think* this is a size 2x. I thrifted this with the tag missing- womp womp- and while it fit me when I was a 2x but it doesn't fit anymore (too big in the bust/shoulders). I have attached measurements (the best I could) in the photos.
