NO price tag. New without tags, but has FLAW on bottom corner of bag as shown in picture above. Please note that lock is to be used gently it does stick on one side IF you press to hard. Maybe a hardware issue could be an easy fix and doesn't stick unless you push it to hard. Just calling that out so you know what to expect. Never used, but has flaws.
