The top portion is black with white polkadots. It has double straps. One set is a standard sliding bra strap while the other crosses in the back. It has a built-in bra with thinly padded cups. They are crinkled from storage. The bottom section is light yellow with parrots in various shades of green and seafoam that have little pink feet and beaks with a splash of black.
