Vintage Florentine demilune wall shelf

Vintage Italian Florentine style, chalk ware/plaster wall shelf. Ornately carved fluted base that sits on stylized acanthus leaves, with a demilune (half-moon) top. Midcentury Hollywood Regency or Neoclassical decor. There’s a chipped piece on the top back, and a small one on the bottom left, see pics. Both could easily be covered with gold paint, but they also don’t really stand out when hung. Approximately 7 1/2” tall, and 6 1/2” across the top.
