Philips Norelco HQ9 Men's Shaver 8140XL Rechargeable Case Charger. Shaver charge light lit up and it attempted to power on, but the charger cord sheath is deteriorating and crumbling making unsafe for me charge long enough to fully test the shaver. It needs to be cleaned and probably needs new blades. SOLD AS IS.
