Is this coat lined, and will it stand up to colder rain in like they get in Seattle?

@aaa805 It does have a lining and it’s made with nylon. When I lived in Portland I wore it often, but it’s a bit on the light side for those really cold rainy winter days unless it’s layered with a warm thin sweater underneath.
