@wendywoo44 it does say that. But I do not believe that it is true to size I am at 8.5-9 and it is a little small on me but still wearable. I know it will fit a size 7.5-8

I don’t believe it is a men’s shoe and if it was a womans 8.5 it would definitely fit me but they are too tight.
