This skirt has an added layer, in a wide vertical band that overlaps the skirt and falls unevenly at the bottom. In addition, there is a full length sash that covers a metal side zipper. There are four black buttons above the zipper that are attached to the sash. The zipper appears to be original with Canada printed on it. It is in excellent condition. Unlined. Professionally made. Size 8. It measure waist 28" hips 36" and length is 41".  There is no designer's label. It is Circa 1930s - 1940's
