2ndclosetOn the little tag said silk but it is not the silky feel material.
Armpit to armpit 19” and is straight down. You can add a nice belt to it to enhance waistline

From the shoulder to the seam line is 24” seam line to bottom is 38”. I am 5’3 and I wear 4-5” heels and it still little long so I belt it.

nola2nyNo problem. Sorry, I now realize that I didn't make clear exactly what I meant. I need the hip measurement at that seam between bodice and skirt to know if it would go over my hips. Thanks. It's a prettty thing!
