Is this bag authentic? The strap is not the original and doesn’t look real. Can you please describe all signs of wear ? Like any canvas peeling or cracking along the edges? Thank you

@thebaglady7 Hi! The bag is 100% authentic. Yes, the the shoulder strap is not the original strap that was issued with this particular bag. However, the strap itself is an authentic Louis Vuitton strap and not an aftermarket piece.
The canvas is in excellent condition with no peeling, cracking, or sticky areas. The interior is clean and well maintained.

I’ve been on the hunt for this bag for awhile and trying to find one New if not than one like new or in the best condition possible. But what I’ve found are ones that have peeling on the canvas which I found odd and lots of pilling in the inside and cracking in the glazing almost completely along the whole trimming of the bag. So with all sincerity can you please tell me where yours falls in comparison. close up pics of the glazing would be appreciated.

@bezerime Hi, thank u for the addt’l pics. In reviewing them I did see areas of cracking and splitting along the glazing and some maybe chipping where it looks beige when it comes apart.. As I had mentioned my concerns that I’ve see are peeling of the monogram canvas, cracked glazing and pilling of the cotton lining. But you mentioned that yours has none of that, but I’m questioning the cracked/splitting glazing. Is this your personal bag? Thank you

There is some wear to the glazing on the handle edges consistent with normal use. However, there is no peeling or cracking of the monogram canvas itself. The interior is clean overall, and I've added close-up photos so you can review the condition in detail.
This is not my personal bag; I am a luxury reseller and strive to be as transparent as possible. Please let me know if you'd like additional photos of any specific area.

@bezerime Pic # 14 is where I noticed the cracking on the glazing. And I don’t know what it is about this bag but I’ve seen so many with cracking alongside the whole trimming that is why I’m so concerned. It seems to be a delicate bag maybe it’s because it’s not structured. I have explored the after market and seen what these bas are currently going for. So taking into account the age, wear to glazing and no original strap $2800 far exceeds what I’ve seen.

@bezerime Taking into account what I previously mentioned and the fact that I will have to invest about $500 to purchase a strap I was thinking $1900-$2050 top. The bag is 10 yrs old, has wear and comes with no original strap.

While the original Atlantis strap is not included, the bag does come with an authentic Louis Vuitton strap, is Entrupy authenticated, and the canvas remains in excellent condition. Unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to go as low as $1,900-$2,050. The best I could do would be $2,200, and I can ship it out immediately. Thank you for your consideration.
