Vintage 1970's black sexy polyester maxi dress. V-neckline with a tie just above a peephole. Long sleeves, waist is a crossover with snaps and detachable belt that buttons in the back. The hem has been taken up, plenty to let out if needed. Size tag says 10, see measurements below since this is vintage.
