Is the hardware scratched in the front of the jacket? Also, is it new with tags?

No, hardware is not scratched at all. It wasn’t worn. I got it for Christmas but i live in FL and there are no opportunities to wear it. I just checked, and I did take the tags off, thinking I was going to keep it and I can’t find them. But you can tell it’s never been worn.
