A whimsical Poly Chiffon dress with a portrait neckline of ruffles cascading off the sweetheart spaghetti strap neckline. The soft A-line skirt has a fluttering of ruffles with a slit for easy movement while the back has a delicate charming V-back. Worn once, in excellent used condition. Hemmed by 2", but I'm 5'7" and it still touches the ground. First picture is the actual color, the other pictures are to show style, the last few pictures are of the actual dress, in person.
