Is the dress lining stretchy around the stomach/waist

@georgiacrane3 Hello this dress does have an inner lining that is stretchy. The material has boning (for support) similar to a bustier for the chest area and towards the waist down there’s no boning there just stretchy lining. I’d compare the lining to a skims under garment. I’ve added more photos to go along with this description. Let me know if you have any other questions!
