lapetitlune_ @ceeevs Hi there - this dress is interesting because of the style and cut - I will give you a few measurements, the higher waist part is about 13 inches and where the black part begins is 16 inches - I have a long torso so the black part is where my hips are and the upper part is where my waist is!
