A preloved Me & Ro recycled sterling silver ring engraved in dark Sanskrit on the exterior, with "patience, truth, self restraint and tranquility" in lighter tone on the interior. It would do us well to be reminded at times, to take a deep breath, and apply these four traits... especially in today's inflamed climate. I wear from 6.25 to 6.5. Condition is good with some normal, even wear on the outside, inside is excellent, measures about 1/2" in width.
