Hi I’ve been researching Madewell pants and I can’t decide if I should get a 6 or a 4. It seems they do run large. I’m pretty consistently a 28. Do you know if these are big for a 28 (6)? What is the waist measurement? Size 28 would be 14” across the front. Curious if these are more than that if they run large?

i would say too large sadly. The waist measures about 16.5" flat -i have it in one of the pics. I've had previous good luck with consistency from madewell but this style seems to be all over the place.
