ralloc04 Is the coat made of wool or wool blend? If so, what is the percentage for wool on the outer shell? Is the coat in good condition such as: no rips, tears, stains, holes, color fading, etc...is that correct? Thanks in advance for answering my questions.

ralloc04 One last questions about the 3rd photo from the top that shows the length. What is that white area, about 4" to 5" below the right front pocket? Is that present in the coat or just the camera lighting that's causing it? Are their front pocket flaps just being tucked in the pocket? I really appreciated it for taking the time to answer my questions. Thank once again for taking the time.

ralloc04 Oh, correction I meant the left front pocket (opposite of the tape measurer) about that white area below the pocket and near the last button hole.
