Vintage Hand Carved Wooden Camel Statue Red Toned Wood Figurine Sculpture Large

Not sure of the history of this piece. Its hand-carved from a dense wood and finished in a rich, deep reddish-orange stain that highlights the intricate carvings on the neck and humps. The finish has a beautiful luster that gives it an "exotic wood" appearance. * Finish: The red stain is vibrant and consistent throughout. * Wear: There are a few minor nicks (tip of ear) where the lighter natural wood shows through slightly and a small spot of white paint on base of hoof see last 2 photos. * This is a stained finish.
