New without tags, never worn. I took it on a cruise but never ended up wearing it. Sooo cute, nice soft fabric with shorter skirt lining underneath. I provided a picture of the pit to pit measurement, but it is smocked so it can stretch out much wider than that. Length is approx. 52”-55.25” depending on where you adjust the straps.
