Vintage Velvet Midi Skirt with Satin Waistband, color Black, Med/Lrg size, made in USA in 1980s. This is a classic flare bias cut skirt with minimal seaming, and a one-button satin waistband. Material is rayon/silk velvet blend. **No tags - Internal tags have been removed but this was sold at Lillie Rubin in the 1980s, either Lillie brand or another in-house brand. Measures as size Med/Large - Dimensions are waist 27", length 32.5". Condition is pre-owned, vintage - light wear, no obvious flaws.
