This is a rare vintage Lip Service Institutionalized Canvas bondage dress. My guess is it is from the late 90s or early 00s. (figured out from 2003/4) Bought new and worn to a few events then I kept telling myself I'd wear it again... It's a size Large, though Lip Service always ran really small, so think of it like a size 6 or 8? See pics for small spots and such as well as measurements. Knee-length hobble style skirt. The fabric is 97% cotton, 3% spandex, so you can touch up any spots easily. I can't find another listing for this dress for sale in the last 5 years, tho I'm certain others know better how to look for these things so I imagine they might be out there? Anywho. Heavy duty fabric & hardware. Padlocks not included (just came with cheap ones). Looks f'n sexy on. Great low back with those locking straps over it.
