These are rare vintage Lip Service Institutionalized Canvas bondage wrist cuffs. Circa 2004. Bought new and worn to a number of events over the years. See pics for small spots and such as well as measurements. The fabric is 97% cotton, 3% spandex, so you can touch up any spots easily. I can't find another listing for these anywhere, tho I'm certain others know better how to look for these things so I imagine they might be out there? Anywho. Heavy duty fabric & hardware.
