Vintage handmade mohair teddy bear by Sue Chaffee, approximately 7 inches tall and fully jointed with metal joints and glass eyes. Features dense distressed mohair fur, stitched nose, and original blue ribbon. Includes signed leather tag and original paper tag noting original pattern by Sue Chaffee. Bear is jointed at arms, legs, and head and displays nicely with classic artist bear construction. Clean overall with only a tiny possible flaw on one ear as shown. A collectible handmade artist teddy from the late 1980s–1990s period.
