Vintage DanDee Teddy Bear in Red Suit and Black Hat tie 19” tall

Charming teddy bear dressed in a vibrant red suit with a black hat and tie and silver trims. Very distinguished and festive. About 19” tall. It’s a vintage toy from DanDee international (label is faded but it’s Dandee International). The red velvet is still vibrant but the red satin has some fading due to age so it looks more light red of the satin portions. However the fading is fairly uniform so it appears to be a part of the outfit color. Please view all photos. Note that there is a bottom compartment for batteries but I do not know if or how it works. Not including batteries and Not sure if any mechanism works. Mainly for display only.
