You may not read this, but the inside leather lining on the right heel is not sewed down. The Tecovas store here in Franklin said I need the first owner’s info in order for the boots to be sent for repair or replacement. Is that something you can supply? W/o repair, I cannot wear the right boot.

Oh no I’m so sorry to hear and I did not notice any defects…I’ve tried the boots on around the house and they were wearable? Unfortunately they were a gift from a friend, will she be notified that you tried to get them fixed? I’d be mortified if she found out I resold them!
