Sam Elderman Tasseled Suede high boots

These Sam Elderman suede tasseled over the knee boots are in excellent condition! They are super funky, and have tassels wrapped around and running up the sides. They are 23 inches high, and have a zipper that runs from the heel up to the knee. They are flats, and have a cushion in the insole, making them very comfortable. Super cool, funky, and fun to wear!
