Hand Painted Lighthouse Fisherman Buoy 13" x 5" Unknown Artist

Hand painted 13 x 5 buoy. Lighthouse scene with trees. Signed by an unknown artist (see signature). Has rope that forms a loop at the top of the buoy so it can be hung. There is a little paint loss at the top and bottom where the rope has rubbed but can't be seen unless looking from the top or bottom. Buoy is made out of a dense life jacket type material that floats.
