Are these stretchy at all? I am 4/6 27/28 so trying to decide if they would also be too small on me

@mollysawyer12 depends on your proportions. I have a relatively large waist / hip ratio and I found them too tight in the waist but they are stretchy and the fabric is not stiff at all and relatively lightweight.
