This is a lovely black satin cocktail dress with a self tie ribbon belt, sweetheart neckline, gathered bust, side zipper, flared skirt and peekaboo tulle petticoat from Hearts and Roses London (H&R London). It’s in like new condition and hasn’t been worn. I have far too many dresses and I live in the countryside so I haven’t had an opportunity to wear it, but it’s gorgeous! Accessories are not included.
