Antique Victorian Carved Shell Cameo 14K Rose Gold Brooch Roman Greek Warrior

Beautiful antique carved shell cameo, featuring a classical profile of a Roman or Greek warrior wearing a crested helmet with detailed armour, spear and shield. This cameo is set in a 14K rose gold mount with ribbon border, confirmed as 14 carat by acid testing results. C safety catch closure on back. Measures approximately 1.75" long x 1.3" wide. Weighs 10 grams. The carving quality, subject matter, and materials are consistent with Victorian to early Edwardian era jewelry (circa late 1800s–early 1900s).
